Recently, our three-generation family-owned and operated business expanded with the birth of Porter Houser. Now four generations strong, June 17 will be a special Father’s Day for the Stages West family.

Father’s Day gives us an opportunity to reflect on the values we’ve been dedicated to since we opened in 1975: family, faith and country. Finding the perfect Father’s Day gift may seem important, but this year we would like to focus on these values in order to encourage you all to remember the spirit of the holiday.

Family

Spend time with one another. Visit your father's, hug them, and let them know what they mean to you. Honor old Father’s day traditions in your family or create new memories with your loved ones. Reach out to the fathers in your extended family to let them know you’re thinking about them.

"The quality of a father can be seen in the goals, dreams and aspirations he sets not only for himself, but for his family." — Reed Markham

Faith

Since Father’s Day lands on a Sunday, attend church with your children and/or your father. Pray for the father figures around you and reach out to those who may struggle during this time of year, maybe because they’ve lost children or struggled in their relationships with their own fathers.

“A good father is one of the most unsung, unpraised, unnoticed, and yet one of the most valuable assets in our society.” — Billy Graham

Country

Sometimes creating memorable experiences is difficult. Getting outdoors is an easy, purposeful way to spend time with your fathers or children this Father’s Day. Taking a walk, hiking or going fishing with whomever you’re celebrating with could help you make the day special.

"Dad is and always will be my living, breathing superhero." — Bindi Irwin

Honoring Our Heavenly Father

Everything in the Stages West Family begins and ends with our Heavenly Father. As we celebrate Father's Day be sure to take a step back and be thankful for the family the Lord gave you.

We hope our customers experience the same joy we have this year. Happy Father’s Day!
