When you place an order with Stages West, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that we have received your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). If you have any service related questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@stageswest.com. Shipping Information: All products are shipped Monday-Friday by 2pm (EST). Any orders received after 11:00am will be shipped the following day.* Orders will be sent via UPS in the continental United States. For all other shipping destinations, your product will be sent out via United States Postal Office and we will contact you via email regarding rate options.
*If your item is on back order, a Stages West customer representative will contact you with details as to when you should expect your shipment to arrive.
