WHEN WAS STAGES WEST FOUNDED?

     In 1975, what is known today as Stages West, began as HOUSER’S CIRCLE H.  In 1982 an additional location was purchased and the corporate name became Stages West, Inc.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

     Not at this time; however, we do ship to APO addresses.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS ORDERED OVER THE WEB?

    Stages West is committed to making sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order!  You can exchange or return any merchandise (excluding closeouts), within 90 days of your purchase, as long it has not been worn, product has original tags, a copy of your receipt is enclosed, and there is a brief note explaining the reason for return.  Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment or an in store credit.  Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

   Orders are shipped Monday-Friday by 2pm (EST).  Any orders received after 11:00am will be shipped the following day. In some instances, orders received after 11:00am may be shipped the same day, but it can not be guaranteed.  If your item is out of stock or requires specific order instructions from the manufacturer, it typically takes no more than 10 business days. If a delay in your shipment is detected, you will be notified immediately.
