E-mail Confirmation- When you place an order with Stages West, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that we have received your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). Any orders received after 1pm (EST) will be shipped the following day.* Orders will be sent via UPS in the continental United States. For all other shipping destinations, your product will be sent out via United States Postal Office and we will contact you via email regarding rate options.
*If your item is on back order, a Stages West customer representative will contact you with details as to when you should expect your shipment to arrive. If your item is an oline only product or is listed as ships from the manufacturer please allow 3-4 additional days for your item to be shipped and to receive tracking information.
